We will need clearer images of both sides of your coin to be able to see what your error is

Looks like a large gas bubble on the Obv. Not something we are used to seeing on our Aussie coins, but fairly common on USA coins.

What I can't quite figure out, is why it has nearly worn flat on the reverse, and the very high area has remained on the obverse. I can't see a flat on the top of this high area.

Better pics essential.
