I sound like a broken record, but "eye appeal" is the way to go with plentiful coins like Isabella rather than exclusively technical grade.
These coins appear with several different types of surfaces as struck which greatly influence said "eye appeal" : soft powdery like the pictured coin, frosty, prooflike and the prohibitively rare true proof.
Each surface presents differently and tones differently of course depending upon environmental exposure for 123 years.
I personally prefer the "frosty" Isabellas which often acquire really colorful tone that is not only lovely but tends to conceal minor imperfections.
