Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me a little about this coin I found at an antique store. :)
Why would someone put a hole through it? :O I think this looks pretty neat but not sure if it's real.

It's a genuine coin and no doubt, a cull worth very little.
This is PMD and there can be a variety of reasons why someone would hole it.
Appears to be cleaned as well.

This appears to be purposely bent into the shape of a love token.Very commonly found by metal detectorists in England.Usually done with hammered silver coins that have been bent into that shape.
Rest in Peace

Great for your key chain. You won't hurt it any worse or reduce it's value.
