It appears to be authentic to me right down to the clash marks and PVC goo.

there is some haloing around the legends which would suggest cleaning, but I think the green make up she has on is more of a concern IMHO.

As for the grade I;m at about VF-25 maybe 30.

I'm at vf30/35. Agreed acetone should take off the greenish hue from the pvc

Vf 30, nice coin. If it was cleaned it is insignificant and would not net grade the coin.
