XF45, severely clashed. Too much wear on hair, and reverse numerals, to me. Might scrape out an AU50.

That clash is quite nice.

I would grade it AU-50. The clash marks on these coins is so common that it is almost normal. The mint had a hard time striking these coins, and the employees called them " the devil's copper." The completeness of the vertical lines on the "III" is a plus.

, the weakness in the hair is most likely a strike issue - the fact that you have defined lines for a 1865 is a plus. I would look at date, it is difficult to tell from the picture but you might have a variety (I think I see something below the 5 - could be my imagination).
