1974-D Kennedy Half - Grease Filled?

CoinCents Pillar of the Community United States 3656 Posts	Posted 03/08/2016 4:29 pm Just wondering what would cause this, Grease Filled Die? On the designers initials on the reverse the G is in pretty good condition but the F is barely visible. Because of the way it is tucked into that spot wasn't sure why only the F is affected. CoinMasters Pillar of the Community United States 5964 Posts	Posted 03/08/2016 9:55 pm The F is partially missing because of grease. If it was polished off, the other parts of it wouldn't be as sharp. If Abe is missing, he probably went out the back door. Report this Post to the Staff
