These are a bunch of coins I just came into. A few are definitely Roman, one is Arabic and a few I have no clue.

late Roman tetradrachme of Probus , very nice coin , but need better pics to cntrol the authenticity. albert

I agree it is a tetradrachm from the Alexandria mint of the emperor Probus. The coin is dated year four.
