I came across this coin today and wasn't sure if this was machine damage or what it is.

If the lines on the feathers is incuse, then it is circulation damage.(coin issue)

Under the wings in the fields, it is raised. So that is was caused by die scratches on the fields. (a die issue) Note how they flow behind the devices on dollar?

No machine damage happened to your coin.
