I will try to get a few pics of this on here for better help, but I have a few questions.

#1. 1883-Silver dollar. How much do those usually run? Condition is- needs to be cleaned

#2. 1797 silver dollar with heralded eagle on the back.what is the count of the stars for each left and right side

#3. 1804 silver dollar-(i think it might be fake) same with the stars. but it has the design of dexter/dunham.

#4. 1906 silver dollar- was there ever a walking liberty made? Also on the back it states "1oz fine silver-one dollar"

1. Never clean a coin, but values run from $6-$100 depending on condition.
2. 1797 Dollar has 10 stars left and 9 stars left. Should be certified by PCGS-NGC-Anacs. NEVER buy raw.
3. It is definately a fake. STAY AWAY
4. NO the U.S. did not issue any 1906 dollars.

From your questions, it sounds as if you have found a scammer. BEWARE.
