More likely than filled is that it's a die chip.
That's why you won't find it listed as a variety.

The die shows enough wear that a chip is more likely.

Actually the post that would have formed the inside of the of the mint mark has broken off the die. Each coin after this even will show the same thing on the mint mark until this die is retired. (sometimes they even progress more.) Common error, but no premium for this though.
