1971-S Lincon Cent Die Crack?

So as you probably can see, There is a line next to E Pluribus. I cant feel it but a lot of people are telling me its a die crack. So I marked it down as a die crack but I'm still not sure. Please put your input down below! Thanks!

It maybe a stain.
A die crack will be raised.
A coin scratch will be incuse.
A die crack will be raised.
But a stain is level with the coin. (not raised or incuse into the coin)
