The figure on the obverse is Tyche, a Greek goddess of luck. She graced coins of the near east from about 200 BC until about the 3rd century AD. I am leaning toward the Hellenistic world for yours, before Roman influence.
Can you post the co8n's weight and diameter? That is critical for ancient coins.
The obverse does appear to be Tyche, but I can't make out any reverse detail. When you post coins it is very helpful to provide the size and weight of the coin.
The coin is 1 inch an two/eighths by 1 inch and an eighth. I do not have a scale yet but it is relatively thick and heavy. The observe has a laurel wreath that used to surround something.
