Hi everyone lately the collectors are talking a lot about "lowball" coins ... Found this coin few months ago and I set it aside and completely forgot about ... Is that coin qualified as lowball? Thanks in advance for all help!

I don't think this qualifies for low ball since it is damaged. this would be fr-02 details .
