2009 One Dollar Bill ( Is This Anything)

MontCollector Pillar of the Community United States 2403 Posts	Posted 03/14/2016 02:52 am Hey all. While I collect coins and not paper currency I do check for starnotes. I have yet to find one, but I did get a dollar bill in change today that has a peculiar mark. Thought I would get it checked here before I spent it on my morning coffee. Bill isn't in the greatest condition. Anyways here it is. Is this an error or did someone just use and ink dauber on it?
