This set was from a guy who's been collecting his whole life (!Coin dealer) retiring. They all look P/L but is hard to tell. Can't take good photos catching the P/L look.

Paid 2900 for the set.cant take close ups because once I crop the image it changes the photos I took.

They are not specimen coins.
No PL coins were struck in 1948.
Canadian definition of PL is not the same as US definition.
As dollarman said they are business strike coins.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

That's not correct DBM. Canada has a 1948 specimen. Look in the Charlton Canadian Coin book. I am pretty familiar with Canadian Coins.

PL for Canadian coins is not the same as US.

These coins have not been dipped nor touched. There as original as original can be. I'm pretty good at my U.S. Coins as well. I have over 100,000 in Coins put away. Didn't start doing this yesterday.
