Please move if necessary.

I Have ordered an 1883CC GSA dollar(as recommended) off of internet. Still waiting for it.

I also run an add on Craigslist (have to get creative hunting in Montana) looking for Silver Dollars. I have had 2 replies now in 6 months. Got one yesterday somebody had 3 Morgan dollars that he wanted &75.00 total for. He set price and couldn't figure out how to send pics. Figured at that price I couldn't go wrong no matter what the years and condition. Well there were 2 1921's AU and then I was surprised to see this one.

I did run magnet and weight test on this. Passed both.

I give it a VF20 or maybe 30. What do you think?

Value would be appreciated as well.

I'll start...$75 was a good buy, in my opinion...Bet the CC shocked ya! It looks Fine Details, cleaned to me...It may squeak out VF details..Around here, the CC would bring $75-$100,the others probably 25-30 each
Rest in Peace

It looks like a VAM-5, harshly cleaned from the hairlines.

I do try to find VAM on my own...If I don't see an obvious mark that points me in a direction I have a hard time knowing where to start.

Thanks Dave. I couldn't see the doubling in the CC...just looks really flat to me.

Yes, VF-20 details.
