Sorry for the pics but these are the best I can do for the time being. From DoubleDie.com...

1915-D 1¢ WDDO-001

Description: A Class V CW spread shows very well on the L of LIBERTY.

Die Markers: Obverse: The specimen examined was a low grade specimen that did not show any significant die markers. A photo of the mint mark is given as mint mark location is often useful in assisting the attributions of similar RPM varieties. Reverse: The specimen examined was a low grade specimen that did not show any significant die markers.

Cross References: None known

Please let me know if any more pics are needed and I will do my best. Thanks!

The mint mark is in the wrong location for 1915D-1DO-001. Too far north.

It is higher than the field? From the image it might be a stain on the coin in that area. Try another shot at a 90 degree different angle. That might help to see what is going on. If it is level with the field, then it maybe a stain.

I'll definitely try. In hand, it definitely looks raised. I also noticed some doubling on the reverse E Pluribus Unum but I suspect that it's Machine Doubling. More pics coming tomorrow...

Well, I tried again and again to get better pics but I think I'm totally at the limit of my iPhone and 30x loupe setup. Are there fairly affordable usb microscopes that you error/variety hunters suggest?
