I like the toning . tiny black spots obv. and rev. could be an issue .

The seller's lighting is throwing me off. Is could be MS-64, or it could be AU details, AT. I would not buy it if it is over $30. I'm leaning towards NT, though.

The blue background this guy shoots on is a pain for color verification.

Looks fully uncirculated to me, and if so is in the 63-64 range.

The only thing that concerns me is when you look at the area that starts near the right of the 7th star on the obverse and progresses below the stars to the 10th star. It looks like there is a considerable difference in color in the field.
That is often what happens when a coin is dipped and retoned.

It's one I'd want a return privilege for, I believe.

The asking price is $149.50. It would have to grade MS 65 at that price.
