I believe your coin is Umayyad, but I don't know enough on how to read the legend.

I'm really bad at reading arabic/kufic script and I'm sure some expert will hop in eventually, but it's always better to know more so I tried to figure it out and I think it's 103 AH so that would be Yazid II who ruled in AH 101-105 (AD 720-724). You can see one for reference here.

Date and mint are on the second photo around the rim, starting at about one o'clock and travelling counter clockwise. Translated, it reads "In the name of Allah this dirhem was minted in Wasit in the year three and one hundred". Actually, I'm only about 90% sure on the mint name. The attribution should be Album #135. Pretty common coin, but a very nice coin!

I agree with the date and mint stated above. AH 103 correlates to AD 721-722.
