EDIT: would've gone graded higher but, as you said its been dipped. Unless those are die flow lines

She is too bright for her age, and she also has that yellow - brown toning that often results from dipping. Some people like it, and call it "golden toning," but it is a dipping indicator, although not proof positive by itself.

At any rate NGC graded this one PR-64, Cameo. I liked it too much when I upgraded the type in my type set to sell it.
