It's a fake for sure. Ancient coins did not have rims like yours does--those didn't appear until people started using machines to make coins. Roman coins were made by placing a heated flan (metal disc) on a reverse die fixed to an anvil, then hitting the obverse die onto the flan with a hammer. A human can't exert enough force in this manner to create a rim.
That said, I think your coin is trying to copy a coin of Augustus. I don't recognize the reverse, and I am having trouble making sense of the legend... "PENOI CAES OAV" / "VIAOLO NIAPATE" seems like gibberish to me
