1946c Newfoundland 10 Cent Error

New to this discussion group and looking for advice on what is going on with this 1946c Newfoundland dime. Inside the 9 there is a blob. On the "e" in cents there is a knob at the top left and the second arm in the "n" in CENTS looks different from other 1946c dimes I have compared it to. Thank you for your opinion!

Caused by chips in a well worn die.
Not an error.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
