Sigh. I know it's not what you want to hear, but the first three look harshly cleaned. The 1921, at best is AU. If such is the case, and from the photos that's what it looks like, they are probably all worth something near $25 each.

Thanks Moxking, I value your advice. These coins have been in cases since at least 1991. My father in law could have cleaned them. Thank you

Try taking them out of the cases, photographing them again, and let us see what they look like out of the cases.
I'd prefer to be wrong and see coins without that look of harsh cleaning.

Thanks Tommyjet for the additional photos.
Afraid my first impression was correct.
Still, Morgan's are great coins. Those that you have would be a great start for a collection.
Try buying a few MS-63 common date coins certified by NGC or PCGS. You can sometimes find them in the $35-45 range and it's really fun for nice big silver babes.

Thanks guys for your opinions. Still not to bad for free. Amazing how damaging a simple cleaning or a towel wipe shows up under magnification.

The 1921 may be OK but generally this lot looks like a group of AU coins that have been harshly cleaned. This reduces them to melt value.

Thanks guys for your opinions on these coins. I agree they must have been cleaned, I think they are worth a little more than melt Fenton not much more but they are still nice coins. I am going to wrap them in tissue paper and put them in my cigar box. Maybe they will tone some before my granddaughter gets them in 20 years and will distract some from the damage.
