Woodies like this are tough to grade through the distortion. Looks AU53 or 55. Lamination rim issue. 13D is pretty nice. Decent surfaces and even tone. A little luster hanging around. AU53

I'll put the both of them at AU-55 . Not sure what the reverse rim of the 09-S will have any negatives on the grade .

1909S - AU-63, does it cartwheel?

1913D - AU55, nice looking coin!

Jim,

I LOVE that 09s! The rim looks like it has a lamination so I don't think it would go 'Details'. I agree with BadThad on it AU63 - Slider.

13-D - Looks like I'm pretty harsh on grading my own coins haha! Glad everyone else is seeing this as AU!

Thanks everyone for your grades & feedback

BadThad - the obverse of the coin does have some reflection when tilting the coin from side to side, but I am not seeing a cartwheel. The reverse is darker with less reflection. Thanks

OK, then that's a AU coin. If MS, it would clearly cartwheel under the brown.

AU-55

I'm at 53 and 55, respectively. The rim problem on the '09-S doesn't really bother me, but that discolored area does.
