Valentinian II, AE2, Constantinople mint. Reverse: GLORIA ROMANORVM, emperor standing on deck of galley, Victory at the helm, T in left field, mintmark CON[something]. Maybe a delta? Very similar to this one, called RIC COnstantinople 52b on Wildwinds. My old Sear # 4061.

I love the huge hand... looks like the Emperor is lining up to give something an almighty swat. Several coins of this period do tend to get a kind of "Edward Scissorhands effect" happening.
