Thanks, jbuck and Errers! I was going to mention that the Panama Pill was the smallest coin ever minted by the US, but figured you knew that. The trime was only 0.75 g, but 14 mm in diameter.

It's fun looking at such tiny coins. Helps to have a photo to appreciate the detail. Here's two of my smallest ancient coins: Greek, Assos, Troas, silver obol, griffin/lion head, city name retrograde, 8mm, .67grams Greek, Babylon, silver hemiobol, time of Alexander the Great, Herakles/club, bow, quiver, his name, 7mm, .27grams

Wow, livingwater - those are tiny! I worry about dropping my Panama Pill on the floor, because if it bounces and rolls I'll never find it. Many of those obols and hemiobols must have been lost that way. NumisRob, I wonder why SA even bothers minting those 10 cent coins...

Here's a horror story from 2013. (It ended well, if you were wondering.) Here's my own, 2017-18. 15x12 mm, though it was less a case of "this is tiny" and more a case of "wow my floor is a mess".
