1979 Wash. Proof Type 1 Machine Doubling?

Sorry for so many pics, but whole shot with camera would not pick up the lines. Back top of head. Top front of head. Nose. Lips and chin. Initials. Bottom of hair ribbon. Back of hair ribbon. back of hair. Is this a case of Machine Doubling where the coin bounced in every direction? Charles or Bill any ideas? I would vote against doubled die. Might be some form of strong Strike Doubling, or a lamination problem. Report this Post to the Staff
