Who picks the "Auction of the Day"? Of course, if I was picking, people would hate it as there'd always be one denomination! LOL

Were these "cleaned"? They look tooo.......dull.

I am not an expert on this series, but I don't think these have been cleaned. In my experience, these coins wear pretty dull. Couple that with the fact that these are scans and not digital photos, they are going to appear very flat in appearance.

Is this your experience also, Prethen?

Yeah...I'm not so sure they've been cleaned. I kinda agree that sometimes photos/scans flatten out their appearance. I think they're probably decent for the grade.

I was testing my own understanding of "cleaned' coins.
Looks like I still have a lot to learn
