All Kinds Going On On This Belgium 10 Cent 2011

Hello. Some time ago I found this interesting coin in my change. I'll show some photos first and post a mystery at the end

Firstly,King Albert's nose seems to be bleeding:

There is a big crack in his hair:

Ob reverse there's all kind of stuff going on on the rim.

Then, there's a whole new geological formation around Scandinavia and Baltc:

A die crack runs through France, north of Spain and to the rim and there's a die chip all over England too:

Do you guys have any ideas how the top star got there? It shouldn't be there. It looks too geometrical and star-resembling to be a random die chip.

Very nice! Pretty sure that star is just a die chip, although a well-placed one.

It looks like the die was falling apart. QC at the mint missed this one.
