Hello. I have recently come into possession of the following:

2 Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee one crown coins stamped TDC dated 2012

I know that TDC stands for Tristan da Cunha, but I have no idea of value. I suspect they are from the London Mint Office as they came in one of their pouches. I have included pictures to help.

Sounds about right. These "commemoratives" are either non-circulating legal tender (NCLT) or sometimes even just fantasies issued by private mints. They are all "rare" in that they have low mintages, but low mintages across 250+ more or less identical designs doesn't add up to much.

If they are silver, they are worth bullion value, *maybe* plus a little if you catch the eye of an enthusiast of this type. If they are base metal, they are worth as much as someone will bid if you list them on ebay starting at $0.99.

Thanks. I had a feeling that was the case.
