I found this 1964 penny. Looks like the one they say is a DDO, it has the bar under the L in Liberty. Is there any other markers to look for? Let me know what you think?

There is two listed on coppercoins similar to you coin:

But I couldn't find a matching markers. You might check to see if your coin has a match or not?

I couldn't find any other markers on it. Could it be a new one?

It might be or a different die state than the ones listed. (it could be one of these dies, but without matching markers)
