I still haven't quite figured out he difference but my thoughts on it are either a slight MAD or Finning. We will see what the experts say.

Looks like it might be a very minor misaligned die, rather common on Roosevelt dimes. Misaligned dies generally only command notable premiums once the design starts to spill off the rim.

Looks like MAD. The interesting feature is that it it appears to be MAD on both sides in different directions.
