I can see possible doubled die only on the back?
I don't really see anything on the front.

Looks like a normal coin from what I can see. I see no evidence of hub doubling.

Thank you Coop. I'm curious though about a few things
when I compared this 1982 to other 1982's small dates
I didn't see the the others looking like this one, and this one didn't look like
any of the others, why would that be?

On the ONE CENT area there may some slight machine damage. More of a push on the 'E and CE' area. But if it were hub doubling, it would be enlarged. The overall shape of those devices are normal in size, but slightly altered. Keep in mind there were 7 different year varieties on the business strike cents.

Two different die types were used that year for the obverse, different metals used make up the seven different year varieties.
