Any idea whose signature this is? I've seen it on a lot of NC notes but cannot figure out who it is. Thanks!!

I haven't been on here in months or I would have answered this earlier.

This signature is Andrew Syme Sr. I'm pretty sure he was signing for the state as opposed to one of the banks. He was later an agent for the Seaboard AirLine Railway.

Great thanks for the info! That's sure what it looks like. I've tried for years to make out the signature to no avail.
