I'm not exactly sure about this one I can't find the RPM on the sites. Is it a D over S? It looks like there's a secondary mint mark to the right of the D but I can't tell exactly what it is it doesn't look like a D in my opinion. I think I see the little ball of the bottom of the S coming through on the D?

I agree. A RPM is raised. This is reduced from contact with something.

yah I'm not really sure do you think it's a D over S? I'm not sure which RPM it is. I can't find it on the sites. Thanks fro any help.

coop's response is telling you that it is not an RPM. It is damage.

Here is what a D/S should look like:
1951-D-Cent-Help-Identifying-RPM-D/S-Maybe
Note how the 'S' is raised. On your coin the area in question is flat.
