Hi all,

I found this coin thrown in amongst some foreign silver coins in an ebay lot. I am all googled out and cannot figure out what it is. Is it a mint issued commemorative? a private bullion silver round? Arcade game token?

The color is a mostly gold hue but that may be toning on the original silver color. Size is about 27MM, give or take a few. Weight is about 7 grams.

Thanks! This has been bugging me for months.

Judging by the bottom photo, your medal appears to be a Franklin Mint product.

This is not a US Mint issued commemorative coin. I have moved the topic to the identification forum to see if anyone knows exactly what it is.

John H. Dent was a Representative from Pennsylvania in the US House https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Herman_Dent

I agree it is a Franklin Mint product--the F next to Franklin's shoulder is their mint mark.

It's almost certainly silver as your stats appear to match those on this ebay auction 230574572547

The silver it contains is worth about $3.00
