Looking for opinions on this 52' for grade and variety. I have been comparing to the pictures in the back of my 2012 Charlton and trying to figure out if the dollar is a true "Arnprior" variety. In some close ups it seems like the top water line might touch the canoe and in others it doesn't. The picture from the Charlton doesn't show it touching but I am thinking maybe from a different angle and with different lighting the coin from the Charlton book may have the same effect. I don't see any presence of a "bottom" water line which is present on both the FWL and SWL varieties (coming from the pictures in the Charlton anyways).

We will need pictures of the complete coin from both sides. It looks like a SWL

Thanks Paulsz I forgot to add the full picture of the obverse. Here is the picture of the SWL variety from Charlton as well, to me it looks like there is a third "bottom" waterline. Do all SWL varieties have this third line or can it be considered a SWL with only the top two lines?

I vote for Arnprior.
AU58, slightest wear on eyebrow cheek and earlobe.
Nasty rim dings.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

MS-61 due to the contact marks, especially on the cheek.
