A bit of re-reading would reveal that I stated that similar results can be achieved by non-professionals using the above methods. At no point did I state that those methods were in use by any professional conservation service.

Unless you're representing yourself as a coin conservation professional, your remark comes across as snide and arrogant. The combined numismatic experience of the CCF family is probably the equal of or better to any at PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or any other TPG you care to name. The main difference is that we're not being paid to grade coins or educate collectors -- we do it for free.
