This one looks PL and bright the pics don't show how reflective the field is. Makes both side really pop. Thanks in advance for all opinions...Mont.

MS62PL, nice PL look but the fingerprints severely damage eye appeal. The scratches in the right field behind the head might be sufficient enough to knock the coin down to a MS Details grade.

MS63PL with a good shot at 64PL. Hopefully the abrasions are on the holder not the coin.

Looks like it would still pull 64PL even with the seven zillion fingerprints.

Thanks!
Is there something that can be done with the fingerprints?

It is a stunning coin, but I still have trouble seeing it in a 64 holder with those distractions. Perhaps.

If this makes a 64 PL I'd be shocked as all get out. That would be extreme gradeflation.

I thought it was encased due to the scratches. Taking the pics at face value MS63. It does seem to have PL qualities. The fingerprints are distracting and stand out more on a higher polish surface. The cloudy film could have been the result of improper storage at some point

I will say MS-64 PL for this one. One thing to remember is PL coins GREATLY exaggerate any flaws due to the mirrored surfaces so you can't really grade the fields the same way you would a non-PL coin.

I think it could grade MS-64 PL.
