I got this listed as a BIN for $6.75. It was in a three piece set. The 1999-P & 1999- D were still in the mint packaging, and the proof was separate. The listing said the images were of the actual coins, and by George, they were! I know it's better to take the coins out of holders, but I just can't risk accidentally touching it. All marks are on the Mylar flip. It looks flawless!

Thanks all! I do not plan on grading it. The chance of getting a PF70 are slim to none, I don't plan on selling, and I'm not doing a registry set. If I graded it, it would be for preservation only. I'll take care of it.

I wonder why the mintage of the 99 WAM is so low. Average die life for a business strike Memorial is around a million coins. 3,500 is typical die life for a proof die.

I was wondering the same thing conder. I haven't checked population, but I wonder if it was based off certified examples.

The 2,500 & 3,500 are PCGS Estimates... I don't see any Value listed..
