Thanks all! I do not plan on grading it. The chance of getting a PF70 are slim to none, I don't plan on selling, and I'm not doing a registry set. If I graded it, it would be for preservation only. I'll take care of it.

I wonder why the mintage of the 99 WAM is so low. Average die life for a business strike Memorial is around a million coins. 3,500 is typical die life for a proof die.

The 2,500 & 3,500 are PCGS Estimates... I don't see any Value listed..
