It looks peculiar, but the reflection seems to interfere a bit. When I look at a "normal" hand on one of these, it appears that there are 3 fingers and a thumb. Yours appears to have 4 fingers and a thumb. Any possibility of a photo more in focus and without the light reflection?

The thumb looks odd, too.
