So I like the idea of trading because I've gone through many boxes of cents and I'm just wondering is it safe to trade on these forums? Like if you don't receive something what do you do? Like I know on ebay you have buyer protection and I'm just wondering what type of protection is on here? I have lots of wheats to trade with people and would like to trade .

Here is the Trade section, and it lists some guidelines, but I believe much of your question is up to the individual members doing the trade.

It's very much caveat emptor.

However the minimum post counts serve to eliminate the one-hit wonders "I found this old nickel with a 1913 date on it in Grannys attic after she passed, will somebody give me $20 for it? Cause it's real old"

It's also reputation based - screw over somebody and they will publicly out you.

It actually works quite well across most of the boards (not just here) - since people are really members and posting to learn, share info, and expand their collections.

None from here. Completely at your own risk.
