I bought a sixpence of James the first dated 1623 that I resisted the temptation to post since it falls just outside the jurisdiction of this section but this one is right on the cusp of being "ancient/medieval" dating from 1600-1750 and I feel would be of more relevance here than elsewhere.

It really is a tiddler, but it's something a little out of the ordinary for me.

Interesting tiny coin, I have no idea what the design is supposed to mean or if there is any way to date them. I think being in this section might just be too much of a stretch to be considered medieval. I also think you might get more replies in the World coin section.
