I see lots of doubling. I see devices with a sort of higher from the field and then it recedes a bit causing a double? I also see some notches? Thanks for your help guys I'm not really good at this stuff.

I am going off the premise that if it is reducing the device, that it is probably Machine Doubling, not a double die.
