ajohnson1983 New Member United States 46 Posts	Posted 02/16/2008 11:54 pm my 3 coin proof set should be arriving tomorrow. if I want to send them out to pcgs to get graded, does it matter if I take them out of the packaging they get shipped in? does pcgs make any kind of notation if the coins are part of a set? thanks Report this Post to the Staff

GO Moderator United States 6563 Posts	Posted 02/17/2008 12:04 am TPG's won't remove anything from cases, cards, or holders except certain specific ones and the set won't matter. one could grade PF69 and the next could be PF68 selling them as a set however would bring a slight premium I assume Report this Post to the Staff

If your planning selling them now, having them graded is probably the best. If your going to keep them, why waste more money getting something put into plastic. Report this Post to the Staff
