Welcome to the CCF, Bigatus.
This is a medal and not a coin. It pictures Lincoln without a beard, as he appeared in the 1860 election. During that campaign, a little girl told him that he would look better if he grew a beard, and he did! When he ran for reelection in 1864, Lincoln still had his beard.
Although this medal pictures Lincoln as he appeared in 1860, I am of the opinion that it dates to the early 1900's. Many Lincoln medals and advertising tokens portrayed his image in 1909, being the 100th anniversary of his birth. As to worth, I'd guess it to be maybe $20 or so. It has XF details and could easily look more pleasing with some conservation. A gentle cleansing with a cotton swab, dipped in acetone (not nail polish remover but the kind found in a hardware store), would not harm the piece and likely remove the staining.
