PCGS graded this 1795 Flowing Hair Dollar as an EF-40. The coin has a fair amount of luster in the protected areas that would suggest EF-45.
Some die varieties of this design or type come better struck than others. This variety tends to come with less detail. I have seen examples of this variety that were graded 15 points higher and had an asking price that was several times more than what I paid not have much more detail than this piece has. Those high priced piecs did have more mint luster, however.
