Proof 1973 S Eisenhower, Doubled Die Obverse / DDO &ddr

AMB Pillar of the Community United States 801 Posts	Posted 04/12/2016 01:46 am I know proofs were multi-struck but I wondered if this was in fact a Double Die. The 7 obverse and Motto seem suspicious. On the reverse Doubling in the stars as well as I B U in Pluribus. Also the outline of the Earth seems doubled. Thanks for your input.
