im not exactly sure what that is perhaps a vice but no expert here. But I will say I like it alot lol I would put that into my strange and odd pile that I have started haha

The liberty looks like a vice because it seems opposite but the tripling of the date isn't opposite. Strange one.

I want to say vice because of that liberty mark as well but it really looks like all of the other devices are raised with the last strike being the strongest, I do not think that can be replicated in a vice.

Vise job. The raised images are from the cent's design being transferred to the overlying soft metal and then those incuse elements being transferred back to the cent.
Error coin writer and researcher.
