paralyse Bedrock of the Community United States 12057 Posts	Posted 04/15/2016 11:18 pm There does not currently seem to be an active market for lowball Seated coinage, just because it is more commonly encountered than coins such as Morgan dollars. If you want to slab it to protect it, and get it certified, yes, but from a value standpoint, there is little or no added premium in a Poor grade.
